영어에서 “전치사 + 동명사(-ing)” 구조를 흔히 볼 수 있는데요. 특히 **"to + -ing"**를 사용하는 관용적 표현들이 꽤 많습니다.
“to”가 전치사로 쓰이는 경우는 주의해야 하죠 — 왜냐하면 “to”는 **부정사(to + 동사원형)**와 혼동되기 쉽기 때문이에요.
그럼 과연 어떤 표현들이 주로 to + 동사 ing를 쓰는지 하나씩 알아보기로 해요.
